Ice Craze Diner & Cafe - Cagayan Food Crawl (Day 2)


It all started in 2010 when Martin M. Gumarang or known as "MM" saw an ice cream parlor in Davao. He loved the place so much that he was tickled with the idea of having one of his own. 

Together with his wife, Marivic, MM started working on the concept for an ice cream place he will put up in his hometown of Tuguegarao. They thought it was a natural fit since their province is know for its crazy summers.





 

When in Ice Craze, be sure to have their famous Grilled Back Ribs. (Highly Recommended!!!) A family recipe heritage. This ribs are fork tender and is the right balance of sweet salty and smokey flavors. Just imagine this mouthwatering dish dips into your tastebuds...



Having a strong culinary background because of his family's long history in the restaurant business and his natural passion for cooking, he decided that his place will have more than ice cream. He imagined a place where people will not only satisfy their sweet cravings, but would also gather for some well-loved diner food like baby back ribs and burgers.





MM Gumarang opened the ICE Craze doors on January 29, 2012 and since then, people haven't stop craving, MM's one crazy idea turned out to be a successful restaurant venture. Through the years, Ice Craze has been one of the popular hang-outs for foodies and tourists in Tuguegarao.
