Sagada - the Shangrila of the North

Sagada - dubbed as the Shangrila of the North

It was really a one-of-a-kind adventure to this enchanting scenery with breathtaking mountain terrains and cool climate...

Personal invitation by Regional Director Martin S. Valera of the Department of Tourism (DOT) Region 1,  I was able to set foot in one of the most popular tourist destinations in the country.

It took about 6 to 7 hour-drive from Baguio City to Sagada. Our group, composed of tour guides, DOT officials and tourism officers, left Baguio City at 10:00am and arrived in Sagada at 5:00pm. Everyone was really excited upon reaching Sagada, hoping to experience the adventures and various activities that can be enjoyed here.

You can shout out your life's problems in Echo Valley, and leave your worries under the lush of the trees while walking around Episcopal Church Mission Compound.
