"Batil Patong" if directly translated means BEAT THE EGG (Batil) and PLACE ON TOP (Patong) in most presentation of Pansit when it is being serve. 

Pancit Batil Patong is made out of pansit miki Tuguegarao (home-made), minced carabao meat (water buffalo), bean sprouts and other vegetables topped with egg and chicharon.

At present, there are many versions of the Pansit Batil Patong and practically each restaurant in the city has its version of it.... Billy Jacks Panciteria is one of them.
