Our last stop of the 1st Day Cagayan Food Crawl. The famous RGT Bulaluhan of Tuguegarao is considered to be one of the most authentic restaurant in the city. Bulalo is a Filipino stew made from beef or buffalo shanks and marrow bones.
You do not need to exert much effort to prepare this dish. However, time and patience is necessary, the key in preparing good bulalo is all in the meat.
