Lokal Kanan + Pasalubong - not just a typical restaurant but it serves local Ybanag dish.

The Alukbati/Alugbati Salad - alugbati is also known as basella, malabar spinach, indian or vine spinach. A good source of a number of essential nutrients, including iron. Blanch and mix with freshly cut tomatoes, onions and bagoong. 



Kammo Boodle Style sets in different combi of your choice - Liempo, Longganisa, Crispy Pusit, Siomai, Ensaladang Talong, Java Rice - you can add fried paltat (catfish), carahay (lechon kawali) or red egg.  



The Tusok Platter - a combination of kikiam, fishballs, fried siomai



Sinanta - noodle dish of Ybanags usually eaten as snacks and served on special occasions like birthdays or fiesta. The soup is mix of sotanghon and miki noodles, chicken, pork and clams. Commonly paired with pinakufu, rice cake and hot native choco.


And as if these are not enough, you can brought souvenirs or products back home which is available in this resto: Chicharabao, Ybanag Longganisa, Carabeef Tapa or Silam (Ybanag Tips).
