SM ‘Bears of Joy’, a gift a love and joy

          The true spirit of Christmas lives every day with SM as it turn-over and draw smiles to its beneficiaries the donated bears from its ‘Bears of Joy’ campaign recently.

          Bears of Joy 2017 campaign in SM City Cauayan were able to raise around 600 bears from its shoppers and employees who have whole-heartedly supported the campaign since it started last November 2017 during the mall’s Christmas centerpiece launch.

          It is a program where shoppers can buy a pair of stuffed bear, keeping one for themselves and donating the other one to the chosen charitable institution or to less fortunate children in the community where SM is located.

          Spearheaded by Ms. Sheila Marie Estabillo, Mall Manager and employees of SM City Cauayan gave love and joy to the members of Cauayan City PWD Office from the SPED classes of Cauayan North Central School and South Central School though SM’s Bears of Joy.

          All collected bears will be donated to SM’s chosen beneficiaries in the community where the mall is serving. The rest of the bears will be given to other SPED students and PWDs in the community.

          The SM ‘Bears of Joy’ campaign aims to encourage shoppers to give and share even the simplest gift to the less privilege people in the community. More so, its SM’s way of bringing joy and making everyone feel that SM cares for them.
